My name is Sophie. As the founder of 10pick ups, I talk about and take pictures of gluten-free food. I’ve been blogging for five years and now run four blogs!

In 2024 when I opened 10pickup’s. This is what 10pcikup’s does best: they make fancy treats with natural and healthy ingredients.

Being clear about what’s in each treat is one of our most important values. We make sure there aren’t any hidden ingredients, scents, or preservatives. We promote using only the best ingredients and stress that they come from natural sources and are sourced in an ethical way, showing the utmost care for both people and the environment.

My degrees from the University of Maine include an Honors College degree, a minor in business administration, and a degree in mathematics. I was a member of the women’s soccer squad in college. I went into data analysis as my career after college. I work in finance and as a gluten-free food blogger these days.

MY Passion for Cooking

Alongside my mother and grandma, I grew up baking and cooking. I have always enjoyed being in the kitchen, even as a small child. My mother and I baked Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies virtually every weekend when I was a child. These are the Best Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies that I created using a healthy Paleo diet! Holidays and get-togethers with the family have always revolved around food. I try to make traditional comfort dishes and desserts with a modern, healthier twist through my blog!

Every recipe on this website is a tried-and-true favorite among families. Most of these are creations I’ve had for years!

How it all Happened

While I was searching for reviews about Electronic & Tech products I found that most of the websites weren’t providing useful that’s when I got the idea of 10Pickups. I believed that I could write better reviews in a more professional way.
